On Saturday, January 19th, 2019 at approximately 3:00AM the Marshall County Sheriff`s
Department and Plymouth Police Department responded to a rollover accident at Olive and
Dixon Lake Trail. After conducting an investigation Sara Clinton was arrested for
Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated .15 or more. Sara tested almost three times the
legal limit. Sara was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and given a bond of $1,500.00
cash.

cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only
probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent
throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to
