Midwest Collaberative LibaryThe Plymouth Public Library is excited to announce that they are one of the fifteen Indiana libraries chosen to participate in the Harwood Public Innovators Lab sponsored by the Midwest Collaborative for Library Services!

Congratulations goes out to Cindy Clough, Adult Circulation Supervisor and Angela Resendez, Marketing Coordinator for also winning a scholarship that will fully fund their tuition to the event!

The Harwood Public Innovators Lab allows libraries to learn what it means to “Turn Outward,” with the common goal of engaging more deeply in their communities.

The Lab will take place in March at Indiana Wesleyan University – Indianapolis North campus. MCLS is fully funding the participant’s tuition for the training, lodging, some meals during the training, and will also include follow-up coaching calls to further support the cohort of attendees post-training.

The Harwood Public Innovators Lab is a 2.5-day experience to help library organizations learn what it means to Turn Outward – to use the community, not your conference room, as your reference point for choices and action.

The Fulton County Public Library was also selected to participate.
