Thursday evening, October 24th Corporal Bob DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail on a van with a license plate returning to another vehicle.
The driver, 45 year old Joseph J Filipiak III of South Bend was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of LaPorte County.
