marijuana-cuffs36 year old Gary Werb of Plymouth was arrested on Saturday afternoon, July 13th after city police were dispatched to 1311 West Jefferson Street for a male passed out in the driver’s seat of a parked car with the engine running and windows down and with a small child in the rear seat.

Officer Enyart began an investigation and discovered crystal methamphetamine and marijuana inside the vehicle.

The child’s mother was contacted and the child was released to her custody at the scene.

Gary Werb was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Neglect of a Dependent and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
