Plymouth Police Officer John Weir was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department on Thursday, February 28th at 11:30 in the morning. He took 48 year old Rhonda Sue Gibson-Sullivan from South Bend into custody. She was arrested for the Probation Violation and Possession of a Device to alter a Drug Screen.
