Glenn eighth defeats South Central
WALKERTON – The 8th Grade Boys Basketball team improved to 2-0 Thursday night with a 57-12 victory at South Central. The Falcons set the tone with a stifling defensive effort sparked by the efforts of Marshall Platz, Landon Johnson, and Ben Jimenez. Joey Shoue scored 16 points to pace the offense, followed by Joe Chrapliwy with 13, Ty Larkin with 11, Chase Miller with 7, Micah Beeney with 6, and Charlie Hill with 4. Zach Litteral added 3 rebounds and a steal, while Yavarion Rice assisted on some scoring late to round out the victory. The Falcons next game will be Monday night when they host New Prairie.
