owi-arrestOn July 21st, around 4:00 a.m. Officer Ayala with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department made a traffic stop on a vehicle at U.S. 6 and Michigan Road in LaPaz.

During the course of the traffic stop the driver, 20 year old Cindy Estrada of Goshen was offered the opportunity to do Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. She was then taken to the hospital for a chemical test.

MugShot_cindy estradaCindy Estrada was then taken to Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for: Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated .15% or higher and OWI Endangerment.

She was given a court date and a cash bond for $1500.
