Detective McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Bourbon man last Thursday, October 17th for Possession and Dealing of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug.
Harley D. Robbins, age 27, of North Harris Street in Bourbon was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, a level 4 Felony along with Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a level 6 Felony.
A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for formal charges being filed.
Detective McFarland said the investigation is still pending and active at this time.
