MugShot_aaron cantleberry 12-27-19On Friday, December 27, around 3:00 in the morning Deputy Bennett with the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was found traveling over 100 mph in the area of US 30 and King Road.

The driver was identified as 24 year old Aaron Cantleberry of Plainfield, IL. During the traffic stop drugs and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle.

Cantleberry was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test. Following the test he was booked in to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Reckless Driving, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana. He was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
