MugShot_jannie zehnerOn Wednesday, June 26th at approximately 3:15 in the morning, Police Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a silver 2010 Landrover in the area of US 31 and 13th Road.

The driver of the vehicle, 45 year old Jannie L. Zehner of Argos, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. She was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and showed to be almost two times the legal limit of alcohol.

Jannie Zehner was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering.
