Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Comfort Suites 2513 North Michigan Street Tuesday morning about 5:30 for the report of a shirtless male in the area causing problems.
Officer Emenhiser located 44 year old Jonathan Manes of Culver in the 2400 block of North Michigan Street. It was discovered that Manes had an active warrant through Marshall County for Failure to Appear. He was held on a $215 cash bond.
