On Sunday, December 22nd, just after 6 PM Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the parking lot of the Shell Station located at 2405 North Michigan Street.
The driver of the vehicle, Kelly Sochacki, 40, of Crown Point was arrested for operating a motor vehicle endangerment with a BAC above .15. She was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
