Plymouth Boy Scout Troop 251 helped adopted five families for the Christmas season.
They held a fundraising meal on December 8, in partnership with Plymouth American Legion #27. Troop 251 and American Legion #27 adopted 5 families with a total of 15 kids.
The meal raised over $2,200 that went to purchase gifts, canned goods and meat donated by the American Legion for the families for Christmas.
Several individuals also donated to the cause.
