policereport graphicOn Saturday January 19th, 2019 at 4:52 PM, Marshall County Dispatch received a report of
an impaired driver traveling eastbound on Lincoln Hwy. east of Kingston Rd. in Plymouth.
Marshall County Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle.
During the investigation, it was determined the driver, Mark Casbon, of Plymouth was
suspected to be under the influence of alcohol. A later certified test at the hospital
determined Mark had a BAC of .306. Mark was later transported to the Marshall County
Jail and booked in for Operating While Intoxicated.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable
cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only
probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent
throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to
