His sister-in law Jaree Kratzer posted on her Facebook page that he, William Allbee, passed away and a memorial fund has been started through the Bremen Church of God tohelp the family with expenses. ABC 57 news also had his name on the 10 o’clock news yesterday (14th) and stated William passed due to the incident. So confusing….Prayers for all involved no matter the details.
