SEBRING – The man who police arrested after a shooting in Florida Wednesday has ties to Marshall County, it has been revealed.

The 21-year-old grew up in Plymouth and moved to Bremen during high school before moving to Sebring about a year ago.
Xaver allegedly barricaded himself in the bank before eventually surrendering after negotiations that included a SWAT team entering the bank.
