MugShot_kacey cooper 11-15-19Early Friday morning, November 15th, Marshall County Police, along with LaPaz Fire and EMS were dispatched to the Speedway Gas Station in LaPaz for a female that was unresponsive.

Officer Wozniak arrived on scene about 2 a.m. and located the female, 24 year old Kacey L. Cooper of Monterey.  She was showing signs of intoxication by illegal narcotics.

Cooper was examined by EMS and signed a refusal.

During the investigation Kacey Cooper was found to have an active warrant through thru Marshall County. She was also found to be in possession of a syringe and a small amount of methamphetamine.

After seeking jail clearance by the Plymouth Hospital Cooper was booked into the Marshal County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe, false informing and an active warrant.  Her cash bond was set at $3,000 and her warrant bond for failure to appear is $191.
