After receiving a tip regarding potential narcotic trafficking in the Kosciusko County Jail; an investigation was immediately initiated by NET 43.
As a result of the operation, 41 year old Jessica Frost of Plymouth, a contract jail nurse, was apprehended Wednesday night.
Also facing charges related to the case is 39 year old Jonathan Fry, who has been incarcerated in the jail since June 19th. Frost was transported to a neighboring facility for safety and security reasons; after she was taken into custody. This matter remains under review by the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with charges pending.
The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge (arrest) is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
