Blueberries in Marshall County has placed the newest blueberry sculpture in River Park Square this past week. And it looks awesome! Sponsors of this blueberry are Heiden Creative and Stillson Studio. Well known and talented artist, Jon Miller painted the blueberry and titled it ‘Fabric of Life.” The art is samples of the Marshall County Barn Quilts through Tourism in Marshall County. Excellent overlap to add more color and art to our county since 2014!

Thank you to the following groups that support the art on the streets: Ozinga Ready Mix, Lincolnway Auto Body, SRP Graphics, Plymouth Parks Dept, Plymouth Street Dept., and Heartland Artists Gallery! Thank you to all those who sponsored blueberries and all the art enthusiasts! There are two blueberries in River Park Square again, Woodbury’s golf ball and this colorful quilt sampler. There are 13 blueberries on display throughout the Plymouth area now. Locations of the 3’ blueberry sculptures are Gibson Insurance, Ameriprise Financial Services, Pirod, Dairy Queen, Plymouth Library, Marshall County Blueberry Festival Office, Plymouth Municipal Airport, Pilot News, Marshall County Historical Museum and two in River Park Square and two at St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Plymouth.

Blueberry_12-22-19_2There are two blueberries being redesigned, Marshall County Community Foundation/United Way and Heartland Artists Gallery. Lincoln Junior High will be placing one in front of their new building and Zentis will be placing theirs in the next few months. If interested in adding another blueberry sculpture to this great collection of art on the street call Jon Miller 574.341.4044. We would love to double the number of blueberries that add more color in our community!
