Deputy Blake Bennett with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Monterey man on Saturday, October 26th following a traffic stop in the area of State Road 17 and 15th Road.
Just before 3 a.m. the officer stopped 21 year old Ostin Robles who was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test, which later showed him to be over the legal limit of alcohol.
Ostin Robles was lodged into the county jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .08 or More.
