Bryan Afton Perkins, 37, from South Bend was arrested by Plymouth Police Officer John Weir on February 26th. Perkins was stopped on a traffic stop at Jefferson and Cleveland Streets about 9:30 in the morning.
Perkins was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of an Altered Interim License Plant
