MugShot_richard morrisCounty Police arrested a Plymouth man on Saturday night, April 20th for a domestic incident.

Just after 11 PM, Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the 11,200 block of 9A Road for a domestic battery in progress.

Officer Wozniak located a 27 year old female outside of the residence that had visible bleeding from the face.  The victim said that her boyfriend and father of her child had battered her in front of their infant child.

Officers located 31 year old Richard Morris in an upstairs bedroom and took him into custody. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child less than 16.  He was held on a $3,000 cash bond.
