On Thursday, March 28th, just after 8 p.m. Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle drive by 39 year old Bustos S. Oscar Israel of Plymouth.
During the stop it was discovered that Mr. Israel was operating while under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to St. Joseph ER for a chemical test and then lodged at the Marshall County on a $4,500 cash bond.
