A public auction will be held in the parking lot of the Marshall County Jail on Friday, November 22nd at 10 a.m.
The auction will consist of eight vehicles that have been seized in police cases. The vehicles are being sold to the highest bidder as is, where is and without warranty.
Vehicles on the auction block include a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Coupe with 263,074 miles. It has a clean title. A 2004 Chevrolet Express G1500 Van with Handicap Wheel Chair Lift. This vehicle only has 37,960 miles and comes with a rebuilt title. A 2007 Jeep Patriot Sport with 159,537 miles and a rebuilt title. A 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis GS Sedan with a clean title. A 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Truck 4×4 with a clean title. A 2008 Chevrolet Impala LS 4 door with a clean title. A 2006 Chrysler Town and Country Mini-Van with 240,426 miles and a clean title and a 2006 Ford 500 4 door with a clean title.
The vehicles up for auction are parked along the west end of the visitor parking lot of the jail at 1400 Pioneer Drive in Plymouth. Interested parties are welcome to stop and look them over before the auction a Friday, November 22nd.
There is not registration fee for this auction.
All winning bids need to be paid in full the day of the sale. Payments must be by Certified Check, Money Order or Cash.
Funds raised from the sale of these vehicles at the auction will be shared by the attorney handling the seizure, the Common School Fund and to the local Drug Unit for equipment.
