City HallThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular city meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall.

Agenda for the meeting includes awarding bids for the 2020 Street Materials during the Board of Public Works and Safety.  They will also ratify the bid award for 2020 Fuel Supplies.

Also on the agenda is a request to work in the city’s right-of-way by Comcast at Baker and Dora.  The City Attorney will present a resolution regarding paramedic assist services and a request from Viki Brown to use a portion of city streets on the east side of town for a 5-K fundraiser for Dustin’s Place next spring.

The Board of Works will also appoint a member to the City Plan Commission.

The Plymouth Common Council will conduct a public hearing for the Tax Abatement request Bomarko.

City council members will make appointments to the Redevelopment Commission, Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and Economic Development Commission.  The council will also consider a ordinance amending the 2020 salary ordinance for an unelected member of the Board of Public Works and Safety on 1st, 2nd and 3rd reading and consider a resolution confirming the Bomarko property to be within an Economic Revitalization Area.

The Plymouth Clerk Treasurer will ask for permission to make year end transfers necessary and forward year end encumbrances as necessary.

The city meetings are open to the public, although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
