A traffic stop Wednesday night, May 22nd landed a Monterey man in the Marshall County Jail.
About 10:30 Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department made a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by 51 year old Rafael Luva-Ortiz.
After a brief investigation, Luva-Ortiz was arrested for OWI with a Prior, OWI above .15%, Operator Never Licensed and Driving While Suspended.
Luva-Ortiz was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
