Handcuffs-newPlymouth Police Officer John Weir observed 48 year old Richard Milton walking of Pierce Street Monday morning about 10:30 and knew he had a warrant for fines and costs.

Officer Weir took Milton into custody and transported him to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Failure to Appear and held on a $191 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
