Officer John Weir was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department on Thursday, August 15th for a subject that had an active warrant through Saint Joseph County.
29 year old Tiffany Simon of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held for the Probation Violation.
