MugSHot_cheyne stouderOn Saturday, December 21, at approximately 1:30 in the morning, Marshall County Sheriff`s Department Deputy Bennett conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of US 30 and Hawthorn Road.

The driver was identified as 34 year old Cheyne Stouder of Bourbon. During the traffic stop suspected marijuana, illegal psilocybin mushrooms, controlled substances, and drug equipment were located in the vehicle and on Cheyne`s person.

Cheyne Stouder was transported to the Marshall County Jail.

While inside the jail, suspected LSD was located on Cheyne`s person during a strip search.  He was booked for Dealing a Schedule 1, 2, or 3 Controlled Substance Greater Than 28 Grams – Level 2 Felony, Dealing Marijuana Greater than 30 Grams But Less Than 10 Pounds – Level 6 Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance – Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession of Marijuana – Class B Misdemeanor.  His cash bond was set at $50,000.
