UPDATE: from the Culver Town Clerk/Treasurer: Change of plans for School Street – it will be open through the end of this week. Beginning Monday, September 16, it will be closed to lay the sewer line. Thank you for your patience.
Culver Town Clerk/Treasurer Karen Heim announced a street closing on Wednesday.
Beginning Thursday, September 12, School Street in Culver will be closed. School Street will be closed between Academy Road and State Road 10 and will be closed for a few days so that a new sewer line may be installed for Cavalier Park.
Residents should not worry; the drives to Culver Community Middle/High School will still be accessible.
Later on, that same section of road will be closed for about 10 days so that a crosswalk can be installed. The Culver Town office will let citizens know before that takes place.
