Officer Smith with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a reported suspicious vehicle Sunday, March 17th at approximately 1:48 AM in the 10,600 block of Tyler Road in Bremen.
After an investigation 26 year old Tyler Southwell of Plymouth was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Marshall County jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
Brandon Carpenter, 26, also of Plymouth was arrested for operating while intoxicated endangering. Carpenter was given a bond of $3,000 cash.
