arrested_handcuffsOn Tuesday, August 20, Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart was notified of a male subject at the Marshall County Probation Department that had an active warrant for theft.

When the officer arrived it was learned that suspect, 32 year old Thomas Abair of Plymouth had also failed his drug screen and had a probation violation.

Thomas Abair was then taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond for Theft and the Probation Violation.
