On Tuesday, December 3, Officer with the UNIT (Undercover Narcotic Investigation Team) conducted an operation in LaPaz resulting in the issuance of a search warrant for a trailer located at Creekside Mobile Home Park. During the operation Officers seized suspected marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia along with suspected methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia. Three adults were arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail during the operation, and one child was removed from the home.
William Swihart, age 26 of Plymouth, was arrested for Dealing in Marijuana Level 6 Felony and Possession of Marijuana Class A Misdemeanor and has a $1500.00 cash bond
Cliff Graham, age 28 of Plymouth, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine Level 6 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance Level 6 Felony, Dealing in Marijuana Class A Misdemeanor and Possession of Marijuana Class B Misdemeanor. He was held on a $5,000 cash bond
Tabitha Vician, age 28 of Plymouth, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine Level 6 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance Level 6 Felony and Possession of Marijuana Class B Misdemeanor. She was given a $3,000 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
