During the course of a traffic stop, February 25th it was determined that 27 year old Anthony D. Waggoner of Plymouth was wanted on a parole warrant. Plymouth Police Officer Ray West located Waggoner at the corner of Baker Street and Columbus Drive and incarcerated him at the Marshall County Jail.
