Robert Bragg of Culver Arrested by County Police for Possession of Marijuana, a Legend Drug and OWI with Endangering

MugShot_robert bragg 2-22-20A traffic stop about 1 o’clock in the morning at Saturday, February 22nd landed a Culver man in the Marshall County Jail.

On officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a gray 2010 Jeep Liberty on Union Road near 8th Road.

The driver of the vehicle, 48 year old Robert D. Bragg was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana and a legend drug.

Bragg was taken to the Marshall County Jail and a certified test showed him to be over the legal limit of alcohol. He was booked and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering, possession of a legend drug and possession of marijuana.
