Plymouth Man Arrested For OWI Following Traffic Stop

OWI_Drinking and DrivingOn Thursday, June 25th at 10:06 P.M. Officer Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 33 year old, Ernesto Hernandez Vargas of Plymouth. During the traffic stop Mr. Vargas was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Ernesto Hernandez Vargas was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of.15% or More with bond set at $1,505.
