At the conclusion of the 55th annual TCU Bi-County Basketball Tournament Saturday night, Teachers Credit Union announced the 2020 recipients of the W.B. Established in 2004, the Hawkins Award annually recognizes two students for their work on the field and in the classroom, and for their ability to inspire those around them.
