arrested_handcuffsMonday evening at 7:04 P.M. Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a battery complaint against an employee.

As Officer Krynock arrived the subject in question was causing a disturbance and had been asked to leave the store by Management.

The female identified as 27 year old, Sheyenne Merritt of Plymouth refused to leave the store and resisted arrest while officer’s attempted to take her into custody.

Merritt was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on the charges of Criminal Trespass and Resisting Law Enforcement with bond set at $505.

 

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
