Bremen defeats Prairie Heights
LaGRANGE – Bremen got off to a fast start against Prairie Heights, winning 39-14.
Hunter Bennitt intercepted the Panther’s first pass of the night. On the very next play, Bennitt took a hand-off and raced 58 yards for the opening touchdown.
Blake Dingus paced the Lions with 144 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. Bennitt added another rushing score and returned a punt for a touchdown. Grant Kauffman added 78 yards rushing and scored for the Lions.
Bremen’s varsity defense only allowed 22 yards. Bremen hosts South Bend Riley next week.
