MugShot_vincent carnegie January 2020On Wednesday, January 22nd at approximately 8:20 A.M. the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department was contacted in reference to a battery that had occurred at Lapaz Iron & Metal. Upon arrival Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Rans was informed that the suspect 32 year old, Vincent Stephen Carnegie of Plymouth had left the scene and was possibly on his way to South Bend. Mr. Carnegie was later located in South Bend and taken into custody. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Battery and held on a $255 bond and was issued a Superior 2 court date of February 11, 2020. Mr. Carnegie was released that day after posting bond.
