Members of the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission were updated on the Centennial Crossing Residential Project in TIF District #6.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi said the project is moving along with the construction of three apartment buildings.
The developer, CMD is working with the city on the street lighting in the multi-residential development. They are also engaged with the Park Board on the preliminary design of the Greenway Trail extension to the north to Price’s Memorial Pond.
The city attorney said CMD has filed an application with the Plymouth Plan Commission to amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) during their September meeting. He said a few of the homes in the development will need variances because their size will not meet setback standards.
