City Hall 10-10-19The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will open bids for the demolition of the unsafe home at 701 West Lake Avenue.  Members will also hear from department heads and consider the request of Nickey Shively for a temporary closure of Warana Court.

The Common Council meets at 6:30 with a public hearing on the 2021 Budget.  They will also consider third reading of an ordinance amendment to increase rates for ambulance services.

The City Council will accept a donation of $1,000 for the Safe Haven Baby Box from Crossroads Evangelical Free Church and a $7,300 donation from the First Brethren Church in Teegarden for the Baby Box.

The Council will hear first reading of an ordinance regarding various cemetery matters and the ordinance for tax rates and appropriations for next year.  Also on the agenda is a discussion of a proposed ordinance to prohibit parting in front years, discussion of Zoom services, discussion of a proposed Human Resources position next year and an update on Stellar Communities.

The meeting is open to the public although masks and social distancing is requested.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.
