The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the City Council will meet tonight beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. Masks are required and social distancing is requested.
The Board of Public Works and Safety will open bids for 2021 fuel and street materials and department heads will report to the board. The City Engineer will again discuss the Comcast issue on Dora Lane where the cable was not installed to city specification in conduit. The contractor on the project has questions of the city’s request.
The Common Council meeting begins at 6:30. The Clerk-Treasurer will request permission to transfer appropriations and encumbrances as needed for the year end. The council will also consider a resolution to provide for transfers in the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund and a transfer into the Rainy Day Fund.
The City meetings are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items. Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and proceed to the second floor.
