On Saturday, September 26th at approximately 8:55 A.M. Officer Smith with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to US 30 & Iris Road for an unknown injury accident. After conducting an investigation 36 year old Lenny Underwood of Fort Wayne was taken into custody for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15 or more and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated- Endangering. Mr. Underwood was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Indiana State Police.
