Four CountyExpansion into Marshall County has grown as several partnerships continue to develop between Four County and the community. Four County has long served Marshall County residents through our Fulton County and Pulaski County offices. This expansion now allows Four County to bring, particularly youth and school mental health expertise, closer to home for Marshall County residents.
Four County is a non-profit Community Mental Health Center serving the communities of North Central Indiana for nearly 45 years. Four County is deeply committed to increasing access to a continuum of care while integrating physical and behavioral health well-being. Our primary goals are to ensure that our services are rooted in quality, meaningful to our patients, and focused on creating a collaborative, client-centered approach.
Four County has been providing services to Prairie View Therapeutic Groups Homes in Plymouth, IN and Culver Community School Corporation in Culver, IN. Erika James, the SEAL Coordinator and Guidance Counselor at Culver Elementary remarks, “We are really excited about our continued partnership with Four County. Four County has done an incredible job meeting our students and families where they’re at. This opens up opportunities for them to receive services they may not otherwise have access to. Returning to school after the spring’s sudden school closures and extended time at home comes with a host of challenges. At Culver Community we are committed to teaching the whole child, which very much includes their social emotional health and well-being. We’re thankful for our partnership with Four County to ensure all of our students receive exactly what they need to be successful.”
Ted C. Hayden, Owner-Director states, “It has been four weeks that Prairie View Therapeutic Group Homes has partnered with Four County. This first month has been a smooth transition for both entities and the young men we serve. As the Director of Prairie View, it is my goal to make sure our young men are receiving the best treatment possible. This partnership with Four County, will ensure the great treatment, resident support and safe environment that is conducive with being a productive member of our society. I am really looking forward to a long and growing partnership! Thanks Four County.”
We are happy to announce a third Marshall County partnership. Last week, Four County and Plymouth Community School Corporation signed an agreement to provide school-based mental health services to students in this upcoming academic year.
