On Tuesday, June 16th at 5:18 P.M. Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Oak Drive. The driver identified as 47 year old, Lawrence Mascho of Ft. Wayne was found to be Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Endangering. Mascho was taken into custody and transported to the Marshal County Jail and held on the charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with a Controlled Substance.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
