theftOn Monday, October 12th at 7:31 P.M. Sergeant Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a reported theft.
Upon arriving 48 year old, Richie A. Hamm of Hamlet was taken into custody for the charge of theft.
Mr. Hamm was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $505 bond and was released later that night after posting bond.
