Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located a vehicle on US 31 near 14th Road traveling southbound in excess of 100 MPH. A traffic stop was initiated in the area of US 31 and 450 N in Fulton County. The driver identified as 41 year old, Mildred Gibson of Indianapolis, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. During the course of the traffic stop Gibson used a false name and information and was found to have a suspended driver`s license. Alcohol results were found to be over two times the legal limit. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on charges of Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated- Endangering, False Informing, Reckless Driving and Driving While Suspended-Prior with bond set at $1,505.
