On Wednesday, January 8th at approximately 7:36 P.M. Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Pizza Hut on North Michigan Street in reference to an unknown problem.
Arriving to the location Officer Krynock located 27 year old, Otis C. Rowe of Lake Station who was one of the subjects involved. During the investigation it was found that Otis Rowe had an active warrant through St. Joseph County. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for St. Joseph County.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
