Drug ArrestsOn Tuesday, February 18th at approximately 6:37 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle parked in the Shell Station parking lot. The passenger of the vehicle identified as 33 year old, Brandon M. Bettcher of Lakeville was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Bettcher was held on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, Possession of Meth and Trafficking with an Inmate outside a Facility with Controlled Substance and held on a $1,505 bond.
